The ‘Coco Flower Crown’

So by now you would have heard all about my new pattern, the ‘Coco Flower Crown’. This felt flower and succulent headband, wristlet and hair clip set was designed exclusively for One Thimble sewing magazine*. The magazine release is finally here and I’m thrilled to share this pattern with you. You can read more about the magazine and the pattern in yesterday’s blog post. And you can purchase it HERE*.

But right now, I’d also love to show you what some of my testers created when they were given a copy of the pattern to try.

Candice from Rose Petal Collections was a tester for the Coco Crown. Which was ideal really, because she’s also one of my main felt suppliers!

Mary from Mary Bobbin used the flower template to create a stunning wall art. The beads she added really help the project to pop too! She has big plans to create lots more flowers to make something really stunning for her daughter’s bedroom. I can’t wait to see it!

Jane at Sweet Tashie really knows her felt. So I was so thrilled when she agreed to pattern test for me. I really love the colours she chose. Jane added fold over elastic to the headband as an alternative to the ribbon. This is a great idea, especially for little ones!
